I'm glad to hear that you had a fabulous trip. 

I haven't eaten anything since, and I hope to drink lots of water and behave for the rest of the day. We are grilling tri-tip for dinner, and I can always have fruit if I get hungry before then.
THen we head back home that Friday. YIKES!!!

I was really happy about that, but I know it's only due to stress and lack of eating. Not the right way to lose, but I'll take it. I only worked out ONCE this week, and that was this morning! I have a bunch of early morning meetings, so I haven't been able to get to the gym. But I am going to have to remember to make time for myself.

your way. Please be sure and take some time for you each day for rest and relaxation. I know you said that this project will last until the end of September..... You definitely do not want to burn yourself out. 


My weight has crept up to 139. I am really disappointed in myself, but I guess that is what happens when you only work out once in 2 weeks. I have just not had time to do anything! My house is a mess, I have barely spent any quality time with the kids... THese long days are killing me. But I do have a light at the end of the tunnel - when the kids start school on Aug 12, I will HAVE to take them and not be able to go to work until 8am, so there is my gym time in the mornings. I kind of can't wait to get back into that routine, I feel so much better when exercising.
