Undercover Tourist Tickets

Hello, I have typcially always bought our tickets thorugh disney directly but have since found that the undercover torist tickets are cheaper. Is there any disadvantages with getting through them vs disney? I am just wondering how they are able to sell tickets cheaper if there is no downside

Seconded. Literally no downside getting tickets through UT, unless you don't like saving money!

I think it's the same reason some stores are able to sell Disney Gift Cards at a discount -- in order to get people spending money during their trip, Disney provides some kind of discount to vendors, who then may pass it on to customers. I have used Undercover Tourist many times with no problems.

Their customer service is great, and the promotion they’re running through dining dollars can save you even more on Disney gift cards. I was able to save 15% on gift cards to pay for food.

Agree! Have used them several times, including tickets and lodging. They honor the latest Disney deals, and their prices are still even a bit better than Disney!

They are amazing, I have used them for tickets and to book hotels. No downside.

Plus they have a refund policy. I think there's a one-year limit on it and a small return fee, but those are minor annoyances when you're talking about getting back hundreds of dollars.

Another vote in favour of Undercover Tourist. I saved an additional 5% booking our Grand Californian reservation for six nights with them (instead of directly through Disney), which added up as a Canadian traveler. I also used them to buy VIP tickets to Universal, and they were amazing to deal with when I asked to change the date of the tickets.
