Weight this morning was
138. Big shocker there! It's been that since I got back from the UK 3 weeks ago...

But I am just trying to focus on the fact that at least it is still under 140 and at least I am not gaining!
We are going out to dinner with some friends tonight. We are going to my fave Baja Mexican place, but I am torn. I always get the seafood tacos - 1 shrimp and 1 salmon. I am supposedly allergic to shrimp, but I've never had a reaction (except for the shrimp ravioli a couple months ago). I know the smart thing to do would be to avoid the shrimp and try something else. But I REALLY love those tacos!!! Decisions, decisions...
No workout yesterday OR today. I've only worked out 2x per week since I've been back. I am not too worried about it, I know I will have to get back on track after this big trip. I think that is always at the back of my mind, which has zapped my motivation!
For Thursday:
B: chocolate oatmeal
L: 6" Subway on Honey Oat w/turkey, provolone, spinach, lettuce, mustard; salt-n-vinegar chips
S: cucumber, string cheese
D: baked salmon; corn on cob; HC fudge bar
