Weigh-in this morning was
137. Which is absolutely AMAZING considering I was out of the country for 3 weeks! I ate really well all week, and also worked out 3x (should have been more, but I'm easing my way back!).
Today has not been great with food, but I am going to be really careful to not fall into bad habits. I started out good, with chocolate oatmeal for breakfast, but went downhill fast with popcorn and Sugar Babies at the movies and 1/2 Cinnabon for lunch!

I haven't eaten anything since, and I hope to drink lots of water and behave for the rest of the day. We are grilling tri-tip for dinner, and I can always have fruit if I get hungry before then.
I leave for India in 2 weeks. It is going to be a very short trip. I think I will find the true meaning of jetlag this time! I leave Sunday night at 7pm and get to Delhi TUESDAY morning at 6:30am!

THen we head back home that Friday. YIKES!!!
I will try to be more consistent with my journal, but I have been absolutely swamped at work, and have actually been taking my computer home to work at night. There is just not enough time in the day, and being gone for 3 weeks at this crucial time was really tough. But, it was totally worth it!
