Looks like another miscarriage

:grouphug: So sorry that you are going through this, I pray that they are wrong.

That Dr's are mere mortals!!!
The same thing happened to me 19+ years ago and I was scheduled for a D&C the next day. That not-to-be baby is now 19 years old! They do not know everything and sometimes these little things take a different timeline than the norm.

The BEST of luck to you both!

I am sorry to hear this. My best friend just found out this morning that she is miscarrying too.

Prayers out to you and your wife.

i am sorry. i have not had a miscarriage so i offer no help there, i do offer my prayers and thoughts to you both though as you go through these emotional times, however they turn out.
it is nice (ykwim) to see those who have gone through it though, share their advice. i am sorry for all of you who have gone through this. it is so sad.
i love the dis family, it is always there for whoever needs them.

sending hugs to you both!!!

Boom - I am so sorry. This must be really hard for you and your wife. :grouphug:

I will keep my fingers crossed that everything is o.k. Have they done blood tests? Maybe the gestational age has been miscalculated and she really isn't 7 weeks along yet.

I second the suggestion to try to get a referral to an infertility specialist for the next time. Or at least ask about progesterone supplements during early pregnancy. My levels were low with Hannah, and they were worried I would miscarry. They put me on progesterone, had to increase it after a little while, and I didn't miscarry. They did blood tests every two days to make sure my HCG and progrsterone levels were where they were supposed to be.

I am so sorry. I went through this as well.
They could not get a heartbeat at around 7 weeks and checked HCG levels and they did not go up. It was a no-go but went on to have my 1st DD. 3 years later another miscarriage and then 2nd DD.
I will say a prayer for you and your DW.

Oh I am so so sorry! I have been through this twice before I ever had my son. It was so hard having to hear those words. The first time I lost twins and then 6 months later lost another. It was so hard to get through. Please know that as hard as it may be..give it some time and try again. I thought that after loosing the first 2 times I would never be a mom. 2 years later I got pg with my son and they found his hb but not after not finding it on the first visit. Now I am carrying another one who is just fine. I hope and pray that you see that hb on the next visit but if you don't I am sure wishing you all the luck in the world for a healthy pregnancy next time.

Just be there for her. Your love and support are the best things you can give her right now. Many ((HUGS)) to you both!

I'm so sorry you're going through this.

I'll hope for the best for all of you, though.

I'm so sorry. :grouphug:

I also lost twins like a previous poster. I was finally pregnant after 2 years of infertility and 2 rounds of IVF. I lost them about a week apart....first one at 6w3d and then the other at 7w4d.

I'm not sure there is much anyone can say to help someone through it....seemed to me that everything everyone said to me made it worse. :guilty:

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that the doctor is wrong and everything goes OK from now on. :grouphug:

I am sorry and I'm praying it's going to be alright. :grouphug:

Sorry Camper. As my wife's OB said, "Another member in the world's biggest club that no one talks about." Hang in there, and relax as much as you can...
