Hi! I just had to jump in and introduce myself...I am a major worry wort.
We are leaving for WDW at 9pm and I am freaking out! Usually, I am a planner, but this trip was spur of the moment. Plus, I just went back to work after my 3rd baby in 3years, so needlessness to say, I did not get enough done ahead of time like I usually do.
I can't stop worrying. I am worried about getting all of us through security at the airport. I am worrying about my kids, because the two older ones have sinus infections. They are both on antibiotics and I took them both to the pediatrician yesterday just to make sure their ears and chests were clear. I am worried about the baby getting sick on the trip. I am worried about all 3 of the kids sleeping in one room...I think they might just take turns waking each other up during the night with crying. Of course, I have the usual travel worries, like forgetting something. Also, I am worried about my dogs...my sister and brother-in-law will be checking in on them b/c they don't do well at a kennel, so I hope my house is still in one piece when I get back.
I am going to stop myself, because the list could go on and on forever. The worst part about all this worrying is my husband. He is too laid back and NEVER worries about anything. Example..we went to rent a car last week and his DL was expired! All that I could think was, "I am so glad this happened now because if we got to the airport and he couldn't get on the plane, we would have been in major trouble."
So I basically have to do all the worrying for the whole family.
I feel good just getting that off my chest..now I have to stop procrastinating and get it together. I will stop back in after my trip to let you know how it went...usually everything works out fine, so I am keeping my fingers crossed for this time, too.
