LL Premier Pass is here!

My guess is it starts Oct. 30th as stated. If I recall, LLMP/LLSP also started like that, sales began the same day it was available to use in the parks. Guests visiting on those first few days did not get the 7-day advance purchase.
Thanks, @lanejudy - I'm going November 3-9 and will be buying for at least 1 of my park days! Can't wait to see how this works as I can't do park open to close when I bring my dog to the Fort!

It is very different, especially if you normally travel with people who don't want to spend more time planning their vacation than enjoying it. *If you have the money* I think it's a no-brainer at MK and maybe HS if you add an LLMP for Epcot in the evening (we'll see if that's possible).

Is it crazy expensive ... yes. Is it a substantially better product than LLMP/LLSP ... yes. You might not find value in it, but some definitely will.

I just wish it came with a multi-park option because there isn't a full day's worth of entertainment at Epcot or HS, and it's definitely not worthwhile at AK until the reimagining is done.
It takes very little time to book LLMPs and LLSPs at the 7-day mark. OK, so you have to plan in advance what rides you want so you'll be ready to book at 7 a.m. 7 days in advance, but, overall, we're not talking about a heckuva lot of time planning. And not very much time booking, either.

If you've never been to WDW before, you have to plan anyway, since you wouldn't even know what rides you definitely wanted to do and which you definitely wanted to avoid (for whatever reason).

We are a party of 2 that hates rope drop, hates the new LLMP system because you can’t stack LL pre-arrival and finds that when you arrive mid to late afternoon most decent LL are gone. It’s also a pain to do our 7-day-in-advance buy since we live internationally. We will definitely buy this for our park days on our November trip.

If this stays only marginally popular, which is my theory based on the comments here, I can’t really see it hurting the experience for those who prefer LLMP.

Quick question as I always forget, the 7am timing is based on Orlando time correct?

Re-sell has the option when sales first start here soon, right? Or not? I only see this to be of value in just one park, MK. I bet others will feel the same.
No not yet - more a prediction

I'm sure much has already been said, so forgive me for not reading through 18 pages of discussion, but I also do think this will sell. Not gonna lie, the idea of paying $129, much less $199, for this service in AK makes my eyeball start twitching, but... I do see the value of it for MK, at least. I can honestly see this appealing to families intending to take a once in a lifetime trip they're splurging on who want to be sure they get their money's worth. It's going to be one of those things that most will roll their eyes at (and I am one of them), but even many eye rollers will buy if it fits with what they want from their vacation.

I don't want to book rides or have to pick when I want to ride. This system gets rid of that crap.

It's not a substantially different product, you are literally standing next to the guys who have paid $30.

These people you are describing do not live in an alternate reality they know how to use apps and plan things and realise paying $1500 for a family instead of spending a bit of time on an app is not value for money.

This is Disney profiling at its best. Figuring people that have the money to stay at the Deluxe Resorts/Villas won’t mind shelling out absurd amounts of money to skip lines. We won’t be using it as I really don’t see the value in it.

I thunk people are getting excited about the product forgetting about the price.

Is the idea of a multi pass without time constraints good of course is it worth $1500 no where near if the basic version is $100

These people who are rich and couldn't possibly think about the thought of using an app surely would be wondering why they can't use it to re ride attractions

That's the point. These systems are not made for everyone to have.
I agree, but I think the 3-tiers work well to benefit the most people while still giving a good benefit to those that purchase.

I’m sure Disney has done their research. With all the questionnaires they send out they must have something to back this up. Plus this is just the pilot.

I also think they don’t want offsite people buying it.

Because they want to make the most money. They aren’t stupid. They know there isn’t enough demand to make the system function under just LLPP. LLs have such large capacity there is no need to eliminate the middle class version of LL that has brought them so much dough.
Here’s the thing with the return anytime window. People that pay that much are going to expect speedy access. How do you guarantee that if they are still queuing up with people booking times on that same ride for a fraction of the cost? That would kill the expensive version right away. But if enough people want the expensive version for the convenience, why not ice out the regular one? That’s usually how these things go.
