I’ll stick with the after hours events - only one ride per attraction is a major deal breaker. There’s not enough rides in the parks to warrant this (except maybe MK) and that’s on a good day when everything is up and running with no issues.Yes.

I am very interested how many of the 50+ attractions you think you will get to experience at Epic Universe in a single day? Have fun with waiting 2-3-4 hours for the big attractions because the park will packed to the brim! This is the kind of stuff that makes the Universal Epic park opening so appealing to me. WDW is already a headache to plan. 60 days for this. 180 days for that. 7 days for these. Ugh. Just give me a trip I can come to, show up and have a good time without feeling I'm in the lower class. Yeah, I know USO has their pass. But it's so pricey hardly anyone uses it. I get in line there and a handful of people will fastness it. It hardly detracts. But Disney...you KNOW it attracts that kind of customer all the time. If I don't shell out money for the formerly free FP, I get maybe 8 rides during a day. Thus my hyper-inflated ticket price gives me far less than what it used to. Ugh. Disney has become the villain of the story.
I'm definitely going to Epic but I don't think the process of getting tickets is appealing to me. As of right now, I have to choose between buying a package on 10/22 (and pay full cost to enter UO/IOA although I already have an AP), or wait until 10/24 to use my AP privilege for Epic-only tickets (and risk not getting the dates I want). This is the kind of stuff that makes the Universal Epic park opening so appealing to me.
Not really! Some Disney guests have been hoping for a similar system like Universal's Express Passes.Disney has become the villain of the story.
Especially given how bad Universal park operations can be (mainly referring to crowd control). TBH that's something Disney does better and that is coming from someone who has an AP for both parks.I am very interested how many of the 50+ attractions you think you will get to experience at Epic Universe in a single day? Absolutely 100 percent. And their rollouts...are not great. And that's being generous. I remember the signups for UOAP nights in August was an absolute disaster, pass holder preview signups for Dreamworks land were not exactly great either. UOAP and I am looking forward to Epic but I already know that there is a real chance i won't even be able to get tickets for Epic in a week.Especially given how bad Universal park operations can be (mainly referring to crowd control). Well since so many people here actually seem to love this idea, why wouldn’t Disney just drop the cheaper version and make the Premier pass the only one you can buy? Once the scales of profitability tip in favor of the more expensive version there is no looking back. Fewer people buy it but it makes them more money. That’s been there entire model for years, but they still can’t price people out fast enough. You tip the scales to premier for really fast entry or you are in standby. If this does well, why wouldn’t they go with that?
And I think you’re missing the fact that it won’t be $1500 for everyone. Not everyone goes to Disney with nuclear family units consisting of 2.5 kids, or large multigenerational extended families. And not everyone is going during the highest priced times of year.I thunk people are getting excited about the product forgetting about the price.
Is the idea of a multi pass without time constraints good of course is it worth $1500 no where near if the basic version is $100
These people who are rich and couldn't possibly think about the thought of using an app surely would be wondering why they can't use it to re ride attractions
I think the number is more around 13 attractions including shows, and some play areas & meet/greet.I am very interested how many of the 50+ attractions you think you will get to experience at Epic Universe in a single day? THIS^ We have had UO APs off and on over the years. We are NOT local. Last time they expired 2022 we decided to not renew until EPIC opened and we knew how they were handling.I'm definitely going to Epic but I don't think the process of getting tickets is appealing to me. Agree. I have no issue with LLPP. It has it's small market and I don't see it impacting operations as they are now. No one has to buy it, so not sure why everyone is complaining. Not really! Some Disney guests have been hoping for a similar system like Universal's Express Passes.
From what I read (and I think it was from Disney Tourist Blog, but I read a bunch of stuff yesterday so I could be wrong on the source) but it said it was separate systems so it could be done. But I don’t know 100% if that is correct. There seems to be some logistics we don’t know yet.Why do you think you could buy both LLPP and LLMP? I could understand LLPP and LLSP, but wouldn't there be a weird conflict if you had both LLMP and LLPP? (I guess you could just program it to pull the LLMP if you are within the time window and it is available, otherwise to pull the LLPP for that ride?)
That would make sense to me too but this is Disney and they like money. My POV (or at least what I think it should be): You can get LLMP or LLPP, not both. The rest would operate like it does now.
Definitely not how Universal is marketing it. I chose the word attraction very carefullyI think the number is more around 13 attractions including shows, and some play areas & meet/greet..

We are far from rich, but as a couple of DINKs we have the disposable income for upcharge experiences and “treat yoself” types of things. And there’s a not insignificant number of guests in that demographic. Remember that Disney is an incredibly data driven organization, and people have been asking for a system like this ever since G+ first ushered in the era of paid line skipping. Many have said correctly that a lot of those folks were a bit delusional re: how much a Disney offering like that would end up costing given the usual Disney premiums and the inherent necessity of limiting adoption so as not to impact capacity. But I don’t think anyone who knew better is shocked at this price point.
Any thoughts as to how this will affect LLMP & LLSP availability for those of us staying off property with date based tickets & booking at 3 days out, length of ticket? Should we plan of things being "sold out" when we book?
Also, any idea if this will drive price up for LLMP & LLSP? (going in Jan 2025)
I like UO and have a pass but they sometimes are really pulling at straws when it comes to their marketing. Advertising this as their 4th park is something I absolutely hate, and I noticed they included a small splash pad in Celestial Park as an "attraction". (pic attached). Have no problem with something like the Casey Jr splash pad in storybook circus at MK being listed as an attraction but something like what UO is doing is really a stretch lolDefinitely not how Universal is marketing it. I hate that they consider Volcano Bay a 3rd park. It is a VERY VERY nice water park, but it is a water park ... not a theme park.I like UO and have a pass but they sometimes are really pulling at straws when it comes to their marketing. Absolutely with Volcano Bay. I enjoyed my visit there but that is 100 percent a water park. And honestly while I felt like UO had better slides and experiences than WDW water parks, I felt like WDW water parks had better theming than VB.Bless their hearts, S T R E T C H I N G the truth.
50 attractions etc combined in the THREE PARKS. Since they are trying to sell 3 park packages right now to get in to EPIC, yes you'll get access to 50. But there are not 50 in EPIC.

Yes! I did know that. I guess I am wondering if Disney will put limits on how many LLMP/LLSP's are available for those of us not staying on property. Since they may be breaking this into allotments for each "tier" of LL's?There are no pre bookings with LLPP so I don’t think it’ll effect LLMP or LLSP.
