Here's wishing you a magical day at CC today!!! :goodvibes :sunny: :goodvibes

I CAN'T BELIEVE NO ONE ELSE POSTED TODAY!!!!!!!! Yes, I DID get the "clean sweep" I WAS the sailor for 70's night......today at CC was UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!.......here we are gettting off the Magic at 9:45 when a CM says "hey look there is the Wonder". They couldn't dock due to weather and they sailed right past CC on the adult side of the island and then did a "slow pass" right by the family beach and both ships had a "horn sound off". We all have pics on CC with the two ships in the back ground......absolutly UNBELIEVEABLE sights..........I have a short movie on my camera if I can figure it out I'll post next week!!!!!!!

P.S. Pike..eeee is awsome........I need to send a special thanks to him for all he has done for ALL on our sailing.....

Well, as I post this ya'll are on the last night of the cruise...get another one of those great group shots like last year...although ya'll might have to be on the staircase my Lumiere's and someone taking the photo from between the elevators above on deck 4...it is a big group ya know...

Well, Lampy it sounds like the service was pretty good afer all, eh? Glad to hear it. My big concern is for those boarding the Magic tomorrow....did you leave anything to drink onboard or are those poor people gonna have to wait till they restock???

And, Mel....knew you'd get a kick out of our Tink....lol

Ya'll enjoy the last few hours of Magic!!! I can't wait to hear all the stories....

Ron, Lampy or Tink, whatever name you are going by now(lol), sounds like you had a MAGICal and WONDERful day on CC today!!! :goodvibes

Hello from the Magic. We are sailing back to Port Canaveral to turn the ship over to the next group of cruisers. They are going to have some extra delivery trucks at the port to reload the liquor, because there cannot be very much left on the ship.

The cruise staff on the Magic is fantastic. We went to Pub Night tonight in Diversions, and the performance is one not to be missed.

Our second visit to Castaway Cay was simply Magical. As Lampy already mentioned, when we disembarked on the island, there was another cruise ship visible off in the distance. Several of us remarked that it looked like the Wonder. Well, sure enough, the Wonder sailed back and forth in front of the beach area. On her last pass, she and the Magic engaged in a horn blowing contest. Unbelievable! We are not sure what the Wonder was doing lingering around Castaway Cay. There were several rumors, one being that they were going to dock on the island with the Magic, another being that they could not dock at Nassau today because of bad weather. Right now, we have had smooth sailing all night, so it doesn't seem likely that the weather in Nassau was all that bad.

By the way, according to our Cruise Director, Brent, the last time the Magic and the Wonder were together at Castaway Cay was for the Millenium! Wow!

Christmas decorations are up on the Magic and on Castaway Cay. We had a snowstorm on Castaway Cay, and also tonight in the Atrium!

None of us want this cruise to end. It was simply Magical from beginning to end. Thanks for all the pixie dust! Watch for our photos.

GLad all went VERY WELL. And I do hope the next cruise is not as hard on the Adult Beverage Selections and you were. My family is getting quite excited about our first cruise, and Disney at that. What a terrific way to celebrate our kids (in our case kid) with great friends. We have been in training for the trip, tonight it was Mojito's. Had our first at Bongo's DTD. We are looking at possible snow come Tues/Wed, but should be clear driving to the airport on Friday. We have a back up plan for Thursday. Take care, looking forward to your pictures. We have alot to live up to.

Is there a "designated area" to drink beer? I thought the whole ship was designated to drink :rotfl2:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I just mientioned this question to MIL who is taking us on the cruise, and she said of course you can't drink everywhere, this is a Disney cruise... :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Guess she is going to be sorely mistaken!
Why do you think they have kids clubs

Glad you had a wonderful time...only 4 weeks to go here

It sounds like an awsome day at CC. :) What a wonderful way to end the cruise. Can't wait to see the pictures as well.

Glad to hear the ship and CC are all decorated...can't wait to see it next Saturday....thanks for the updates!

I think it was our first cruise in Apr. '00 when we switched the itinerary because of bad weather and passed the Wonder. We were on the Magic, back in the day of only 3/4 day cruises. So many of the CM's came running to the edge of the ship taking pictures when we passed. They said it was the first time they saw what they looked like in the water. They were taking just as many pictures as the passengers. It was really cool. Hmmm!? I'll have to fish out that picture.

Sounds like a great time you guys!! As far as a designated place to drink...my husband always says, "Walt's turning in his grave!" He's not a drinker,(my husband that is) but I am. Yep, you can drink EVERYWHERE on board! :cool1:

Back in Chicago, we were "in mass" in the green shirts. As reported, a few bumpy days on the water but not bad. We did the fishing at Castaway Cay (Kennyk was also on board) and I would highly recommend. We caught three sharks, 3ft, 6ft and 4ft. A 6ft shark is big!! Kennyk had a nice trigger fish. I have to learn how to post pictures. :rotfl2: After watching the parasailing folks getting dropped in water and seeing those sharks, being airborn is safer!! Gotta unpack, Andy thanks for the Pic of our sailaway\.
