Live from Disney! (with pics)

Rob and Cass, Thanks for the trip report. It has been great. I am glad the exercise room has been opened up. It sounds like the Magic is starting to get back together after dry dock.

I have only been on one Disney Cruise, the Wonder, a year ago. We had a great time. I was noticing your pictures of the Magic and see the big TV/movie screen above the pool. Is that new? Or has that always been on the Magic? Do you know if the Wonder has that now? Or is it something only the Magic has?

The Magic was in dry dock a couple of weeks ago and that is when they installed the new screen. Right now it is only on the Magic, but probably will be installed in the Wonder when it goes into drydock(sometime next year).

Heres wishing Rob wakes up this morning bright eyed and chipper. Have a great day.

Thanks for all the live posts. I'm enjoying reading these. Save a little bit of ice cream for those of us on the October 29th cruise! LOL! Hope y'all are having a great trip! You two are so sweet!

Oh. Thanks so much for that information! :earsboy: We will have to keep up with that. I would love to wait to do our cruise after that is installed.

Hope Rob feels better, I think it may be the lack of Mickey ice cream bars!!!!!

Morning guys!

I went to Guest Services last night, okay well this morning at 2 am and they told me our tickets were non-refundable and the only way we could get our money back due to health problems was to go see the doctor and have him decide he couldn't go on the excursion, which of course we would have to pay for HIS services as well, which is rather redundant so we just skipped the excursion so we lost $85, which Rob feels terrible about but I would rather have him all healthy.

He still feels crappy after about 10 hours of sleep, which totally tells me how sick he is since he's the type of person who can't sleep for more than 8 hours...he just gets up even when he plans on sleeping in LOL :teeth:

I am going to let him rest all day and hopefully he will feel better tonight for Pirate Night. He's been looking forward to tonight for a very long time! For his 35th birthday in August, I had a Pirate Costume made for him. I got photos of the different pieces of his costume and put them in little envelopes with skull & crossbones on it and I hid them all over the house and then I made a treasure map with clues on it to find all his pirate "booty". He was so happy, he was like a little kid. He just kept smiling and saying "This is my first every treasure hunt!!!" pirate:

We just got it in time before we left and he is so looking forward to getting all dressed up!

I might sneak off to Philipsburgh once he takes a nap, he keeps insisting that he comes with me to keep me safe but he needs his rest!

Anyway, check in with you tomorrow again.

:wave2:
