I received an e-mail today reminding me that my final payment in full is due on Friday (Booked June 12-19 at POP).....I have been holding out hope for June NOT being cancelled, and for a special deal to be announced for June dates that had to be cancelled, but I am worried that Disney will cancel it automatically if I DON'T buck up on Friday. At this point, I'm really not EXPECTING to go in June - I am more concerned about the special events we have lined up - Keys to the Kingdom, Hoop de Do and a few others because I don't want to have to call and be on hold for ever and ever to cancel them! I'd rather just get the e-mail saying they've been cancelled and your refund is on the way . . ..

My final payment for 6/6 was due about a week ago. I haven't paid in full and it hasn't been cancelled.
 

It is not publicly posted anywhere, but yes, Disney has relaxed package paid in full dates to 7 days out vs the usual 30, although the auto e-mails about payments being due have still been going out on their normal schedule.
Interesting, thanks for sharing. Do you know if that is only for trips through June 30 check in date?

Mine’s room only so I guess I don’t need to worry about the paid in full thing.....fingers crossed for all June 1 ressies! Mine is June 12-16 so if they even open the 15th I’ll miss out.

Here's the notice that was given to TAs, which was still accurate as of Monday per some discussion on a seperate thread on the topic:

"Effective March 15, 2020, until further notice, we’re making a temporary adjustment to our final payment policy for Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort packages booked through Walt Disney Travel Company. For existing bookings, final payment to WDTC will now be due 7 days prior to Guest arrival. Payment may be made online or by phone. For new package reservations made through DTA, with arrival in less than 30 days, payments will be due in full."

Worse case for paying on Friday is that they cancel and you get your money back, which isn't really all that bad. I had a VAH for March during the closure and I got an automatic refund once it was canceled, took about a week if I'm remembering correctly (but I had the virus, so don't county on my memory because I was very sick, but it didn't take more than a week or two to get the money back on my card

This is going to be the longest day EVER! Our beach reservation is set to cancel today too, if they're going to. It could potentially be a pretty crappy day for us. #FirstWorldProblems I feel so selfish getting so upset about this stuff when there are clearly things happening in the world so much worse than this. But, I just can't help it. We love our vacations.
