Linked tickets. Staying off-site.. Now what?

We bought 5 day passes and successfully linked to My Disney Experience. We aren't staying on property... How do we physically get into the parks? Our first day at a park is tomorrow

You need to use your hard, plastic ticket. Or, if you purchased using Will Call, you need to stop by a ticket booth to pick up your hard, plastic tickets to scan at the entrance and the FP tapstiles.

How did you purchase your tickets? Were you mailed the hard, plastic park tickets? You can't get into the park unless you have ticket media in your hands or ticket entitlements linked to MagicBands.

You're welcome! Take your confirmation number and ID with you and in some cases, you may need to show the credit card you used.
