Linda's goal = Lose wt + 1/2 marathon 09(encouragement welcome)

OK yesterday we bought a new scale- digital so I can see it!

Ate vey well yesterday- under my 1400 cals though and I did eat alot and enough to feel satisfied.

This a.m. did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 1- OMG! She is awesome what can I say?
Then went out and did 3.1 mile run.Boy do you slow down after not being out there for a while.Did it in 32:58, a 10:38 pace.

It feels good to move again.

Today did Jillian's dvd again this time with DH.It is a combo of weights and cardio- 3 circuits.It is a killer! I can barely walk right now.

After that went for a walk for 50 mins with a friend.

50 here today-WOOHOO!

Wt=164.4- yeah I know better than to weigh everyday but it is a new scale-just checking!!!

Wow, Linda, your exercise is impressive!!! I haven't tried Jillians SHRED, but I have it & a couple of her others...only one I've tried is burn fat, boost metabolism & I thought it would kill me. I think I'll do it a few more times before I try shred...just that name scares me!
 
Just did Jillian's 30 Day Shred again with DH.We have not worked out together since the kids were born- it is great!

My thighs are on fire!

Ok, you're inspiring me! Time to pull Jillian's Shred off the shelf & do it. I'll either thank you or hate you when I do!! :lmao:
 
Did Jillian last night but probably should not have since I did not feel great so could not give 110%.

This morning still a little off kilter but I managed to do 45 mins on the elliptical= 2.83 miles and 392 calories then 30 abs and stretching.

Weight fluctuating everyday but the total loss this week= 2.4 lbs.

Today ran 3.1 miles in 30:09, a 9:43 pace.It felt great to get back outside.

After that went for a 50 minute walk with a friend doing a pretty good pace- forgot my Garmin.

Will do Jillian tonight.

Off to soccer tourney- yeah outside and beautiful today.Hope DD plays well, college soccer showcase!

Did the elliptical this a.m-30 mins=2.00 miles and 275 cals. Power walked around the soccer facility today x 30 mins.

Wt=162 today, ? H2O rings wouldn't go on.

DD team won it all!!!

This a.m did 45 mins. running on the treadmill to my playlist.Stretched to go out for a run this morning but got out there and it was pouring.

After the treadmill I did the elliptical x 30 mins., 1.95 miles and 272 cals. I forget to look at the treadmill to see how many cals.

Jillian's dvd tonight.

Wt went up hope it is because of TOM!!!!!!!!!
