lighted sidewalk in Epcot?

I read somewhere that there is a section of sidewalk somewhere in Epcot that is lighted or something like that. Does anyone know where it is located?

In front on Innoventions as you go either to the right or left of Spaceship Earth. It is on both sides. My DD loves this.

It's so cool. The lights swirl around.

There are little pinpricks of light in the sidewalk. The lights go on and off in sort of irregular patterns (like twinkle lights). It's so cool. During the day, you don't notice it at all. If you do know it's there and look for it, all you will see is a bunch of tiny holes in the sidewalk. But once it's dark enough, you see the little lights.

It's such a small thing but these lights are something I look forward to everytime I leave epcot at night. Puts a smile on my face even though I'm usually exhausted at that point.

Those lights are pretty cool. They're actually fibre-optic cables embedded in the concrete; they work the same as those new fibre-optic Christmas trees.

You bet it's the small things! Kids are great at discovering and appreciating those... and discerning grown-ups, of course!
