I am considering this as one of the places we will go in WDW.

How is the food?

Anyone been there since they got rid of the characters?

The food is really yummy- DH & I both enjoyed it. It was like a really fresh & delicious home-cooked Thanksgiving and/or Christmas dinner. We also loved not having to get up from the table & elbow people at a buffet line. Chef Matt was awesome & made a special dessert (b/c someone in our group had an apple allergry). We'd definitely go back w/o the characters!

pot roast is good. bread used to be brought out automatically, now it is by request only. salads also very good

This is a great lunch place, there is a wide variety of food. We eat here evrytime we go WDW. I have not tried it for dinner. I couldn't recommend it more for lunch!

I love it here. Always a favorite stop when we are in the Kingdom. We go mostly at dinner and love the family style. Salad to dessert is yummy. Great atmosphere as well.

They give you tons of food and it reminded me of Thanksgiving dinner. It was really great.

I was there in Aug with Characters . I would just like to say I think it good with or with out the Characters.
