Hey all! I tried to find a letter or poem from Santa to use to surprise our kiddos for Christmas. After awhile, I just gave up and decided to write my own. We're going to include it in box, tied to some balloons so it flies out when the kids open it. Feel free to use and edit to be more specific to your family.
Poem from Santa:
To Mommy and Daddy, David and Drew
And dont forget Aubrey, for she can come to
I heard you were needing some time to relax
so go find some clothes, and fill up your sacks
Put in your socks, and pants and undies
Dont forget the toothbrush, to brush off the candies
I called an old friend of mine, and asked for a favor
I asked him if you could come sooner, rather than later
He squeaked with excitement, and said, Oh Boy!
This will be much better than any new toy!
With 12 hour car trips, and standing in long lines
This should make for some really good times
Theres also a castle, and a princess or two
And sidekicks like Donald, and Olaf, and Abu.
There are rides of excitement, for Drew and Aubrey
And plenty of food, to take care of Daddy
David will coo at all there is to see
And mommy will get a portrait of the whole family
I hope you all can enjoy and relax
For this gift of time with the family will last
Make lots of memories with one another
And take lots of pictures and videos of each other
Its time for me to go now, I have more houses to see
But this one has been real special to me
I hope next time you see me, youll lean in and kiss me
