I'm sorry you didn't get to go on RnRC, oh well, but I'm guessing you'll get to ride it as much as you want when you go there for the DCP. And you got to see Fantasmic! I can't believe how vacant is when you went. I've gone during the off-season and there was definitely more than three sections open, wow! And yeah, that finale is just amazing... I mean, I'm pretty sure I was totally in a trance then, totally showing my blondeness

Yeah it was really cool to meet him! You should check out the store on Sunset Blvd. I forget what it's called but it's on the right side of the street towards the end, it looked like his desk was a permanent thing there so he's probably there a lot!

hahaa yeah I had to look up what Commissary meant, Dictionary.com rocks. And thank you! Yes the Photopass people are amazing, the pictures they take are always so good.

Omg yes I can't wait to ride RNRC all the time when I do the DCP Lol yeah that finale in Fantasmic is amazing. It gives me chills and it could definitely put me in a trance too

April 1, 2011- 2nd MK day (Part 1)

I can't believe I'm already writing about our last day at Disney!! I know this TR has been going on for awhile now, but it feels like I just started it! And I really don't want it to end, but I leave for college this Saturday so I really need to finish it up this week. I've been waiting a while to share this day with you all though. It was an amazing last day and such a perfect ending to our trip

We woke up that morning all too ready to see some sunshine after the previous day of nonstop rain. My Mom and I got ready while my Dad went to the food court to get me my last plate of Mickey waffles

He got the mini ones with strawberries this time! SO yummy.

For some reason I don't have an outfit of the day picture for this day
Before we left though my Mom and I decided to make our own surprise for the mousekeepers. The night before they had made a mini bridge out of the pillows, so we created our own version to show them

Soon enough we were out the door and on our way to MK

The sun was already shining for the day ahead

We got on the MK bus in no time, arrived, had our bags checked...

... and we were finally walking down the middle of (a dry) Mainstreet USA! This really is my favorite part of Disney right here, I just love the old timey feel of Mainstreet. It's even my background on my laptop right now, lol.

MK was definitely much more crowded today!

*Sigh* It's just so beautiful. I don't think I will ever have too many pictures of the castle. ever.

Our first order of business that day though was to meet the newest royal couple: Rapunzel & Flynn!!!

We headed over to the Fairytale Garden and got in the pretty long line. The CM controlling the line told me that I would be part of the 11:15 set. I said okay great....except that it was only about 9:30! I thought maybe it was some kind of April Fools joke since it was April 1st! It wasn't, but truthfully though, I got lucky, as she made me the cutoff for the 11:15 set, the people who got in line behind me had to wait till 12:15!! And that's nothing compared to what one lady in line said. She told us that earlier in the week there were people waiting 7 hours!!!!

Since one person from the party was allowed to wait in line while the rest could go and do stuff, my parents decided to ditch me, LOL! They had wanted to get some breakfast and promised to bring me an iced coffee, so I let them go. They were gone for at least an hour, which started to worry me, but the sun was shining, I had a place to sit, and I had a lovely conversation with the families in front of and behind me in line! So all was good.

I also took some pics while I waited...

My parents finally returned, only to tell me that they had been on Space Mountain without me!! I was a little ticked, but they had at least gotten FPs for later and brought me an iced coffee, Lol.

My Mom decided to take a shift, so my Dad and I went off to Tomorrowland to kill some time. We decided to ride the Speedway since my Dad and I would always ride the motor cars together when I was little. I drove, and oh my gosh that thing was slow! I mean I know they can't make them go too fast, but I'm pretty sure our top speed was a scary 5mph

My Dad and I then went to go search for Push, who we met back on our first ever trip to Disney. We all LOVED Push, he was so funny. He even asked me out when I met him (Pretty sad that after 18 years only a trashcan has ever asked me out huh?) Anywho, we found Push outside but there were too many little kids around him, so we just took a picture and left because it was getting close to 11:15.

We got back in line and only had to wait about 10 more minutes till they let us in. Once we were let in, all of the kids went to color at the table. Being the only 5'10 kid there, I decided to hang back, lol! A nice PP Photographer noticed I had skipped the coloring and offered to get me the picture and crayons to color with later, which was very sweet of her to do!

Once the kids finished up coloring, Rapunzel came out to hide Flynn's satchel. It was cute, but once he came out he found it pretty quickly! They both then joined the kids at the table to dance around some. After they danced, Rapunzel came over to me to wish me a happy birthday and gave me a hug!

Umm, how did that get there? I swear I didn't take that picture...

They then finally started the meet and greet, which since I was last, took about another 45 minutes! It was all worth it though...

They had us all pose with Pascal while we waited in line.

The meet & greet area was SO pretty!

When it was my turn Rapunzel and Flynn wished me a happy birthday of course, and I handed them the 2 autograph books to sign (my friend Jamie had given me hers because she wanted their autographs as well). While Rapunzel is signing them, Flynn turns to me and says "Since I just found out it's your birthday I didn't have much time to prepare. But I do have one gift for you..." (I'm not sure if that was exact, I was about to pass out by what he did next!)

Flynn then takes my hand and says "Here comes...the smolder":

^Yeah that was my reaction! I was on CLOUD 9!!! I could not believe Flynn Rider, was smoldering, for me, holding my hand, for my birthday. My face started to hurt I was smiling so big then! And let me tell you, that smolder was PERFECT, Flynn is very very good at it!

Once I regained consciousness we of course took some pictures.

Here I am, still staring in awe at him. LOL!

It was funny, while all 3 of us were taking a few pictures, Rapunzel told me she liked my hair. I thought that was ironic because I had planned on telling her how alike we are (lots of long blond hair & green eyes) but Flynn's smoldering had sidetracked me! Lol.
I really wanted a picture with just Flynn, but to be nice to Rapunzel I asked if I could get an individual pic with each of them.

After our lovely meet, they finally had to say goodbye and leave. It was pretty cool being at the end though because I had the whole area to myself then! Lol. After we were done, we wanted to hit up some rides so we set off.

Up Next: First Flynn, now Prince Charming. It's true Disney men > real life men!​

And that was so nice of the CM to give you crayons to color, very cute I also find it pretty awesome they let you pose with Pascal! He pretty much made that movie hahaha I would totally want a picture with him hahaha Great pictures with Rapunzel and Flynn! LOL @ Flynn giving you his smoulder for your birthday hahaha

Yes the sunshine was SUCH a relief, but yeah the park was definitely more crowded. Yeah it really stinks Flynn is gone now, I can't believe they took him out after such a short amount of time

Yes the wait was pretty insane, and really I got lucky with just under 3 hours! But yes totally worth it in my case!

Yes it was SO amazing! I think I'll remember that smolder forever Yeah that is definitely one of the funniest parts of the movie, I always feel so bad for him when she hits him with the frying pan though!

Yeah our wait really wasn't bad. I was freaking out at first because I thought it would take forever, but with the nice weather and all the other thousand things to do in MK, the time passed very quickly! Lol, so yes it was totally worth it in the end!

Hey everyone! I'm going to finish writing all my updates tonight so expect an update about every day now! I only have a few left, and I'll probably post the last one from my dorm (scary huh?!).

Now on to the update!

April 1, 2011- MK (Part 2)

So after my amazing meet & greet with Rapunzel & Flynn, it was time for us to hit up some rides!!

My trip journal says we went to go do BTMRR but we stopped to get FPs for Splash Mountain first.

I guess we went around the front of the castle, because I have this pic in here...

Kinda looks foggy huh? I guess it was very humid outside that day!

SO many people!!

We got FPs and headed to BTMRR. The line was pretty long, 60 minutes!! But we really wanted to ride this one so we went ahead and got in line.
The worst part was just having to stand outside, once we got under cover it was fine.

Isn't this picture beatiful?! My camera takes amazing pictures outside, but inside it just stinks

While we were in line we saw a couple with the wedding ears on! So cute! I didn't want to be creepy, but I got a picture of them while they were turned the other way LOL!

Overall the wait wasn't too bad, we probably got on after about 45 minutes or so. And of course the ride was great! Much better this time around, since I was able to actually see where I was going and enjoy the sunshine! (If you can recall from our first day at MK, it was raining while on BTMRR and I basically pulled my poncho over my face the entire time. Let's just say that was interesting ride....lol). So yeah, this time around was great, I wish the line would've been short enough to ride again.

After our successful ride through the wilderness we went ahead to Splash Mountain since we could use our FPs already.
I have no idea why, but I have no pics from Splash! I have absolutely no pics from this ride at all in fact, which is really weird because it's one of my favorites!!

Anywho, Splash was amazing of course, and aftewards we were hungry for some lunch! For some reason we just ate at Pecos Bill's again. Lame, I know, since we ate there our first MK day. But I didn't want to push my parents any further as they were getting kinda cranky from the heat and all the crowds.

My Dad and I split the taco salad and my Mom got the kids turkey sandwich. We also got the chocolate cake for dessert too, very yummy!

I had always wanted to get one of these!...Mainly because of the Mickey sprinkles

After lunch it was almost 3:00, and you all know what that means!!! They were already setting up the route so we decided to get a spot right across from Pecos Bills.

Silly me forgot that even though the parade begins at 3, when you're at the end of the route it gets there at about 3:30! So we pretty much cooked in the sun for half an hour, till it finally came. Lol

I took some pictures while we waited though. Here's some random bird that was across the street on the roof:

More people! It had gotten consistently more crowded as the day went on.

And look! I did at least take a (very off center) picture of the outside of Splash!

After waiting what seemed like forever, we could see something coming

** I don't know how I forgot to mention it to you all in my Tangled meet & greet update, but after meeting Rapunzel that morning, I accomplished something pretty cool! After meeting Rapunzel, I had now met all 10 Disney Princesses!!! Yep that's right I've met Cinderella, Aurora, Belle, Snow White, Tiana, Ariel, Pocahontas, Mulan, and now Rapunzel! I know that's probably not going to help me get a career or make me successful,LOL, but hey I think it's pretty cool! I wish I could do a post with all 10 pictures of me with them, but I lost my photo with Ariel. I met her back on my 2nd trip to the World when I was in like 4th grade. That was back when you still purchased your photo and just got one hard copy, well that copy is no where to be found! But anywho, I just thought that was cool and wanted to share with you all


April 1, 2011- MK (Part 3)

So I last left off with us waiting for the parade to come, well it finally made it to us after waiting a while!

I LOVE this parade, the music is so great, and I love the costumes. Mickeys Jammin Jungle Parade and the Celebrate A Dream Come True parade are my favorites at Disney

I love Mickey’s outfit in this parade, it’s so cool

The dancers in this parade are so amazing, I don’t know how they do it. That’s a pretty long route to dance in the sun you know! They were pretty much all dripping sweat by the time they reached us.

Here comes trouble…

Now I have no idea if she was really looking at my camera or what (it looks like it though right?!), but I’m pretty sure this is the same Lady T from my bday dinner. I guess she was still angry at me for having my eye on Prince Charming
