Well so much for my Easter Plans

Erica's fever is up to 102 now and she is coughing so hard she is in Pain
so we will be headed off to Urgent Care

We have tried all the regular at home tricks even her breathing treatments and Nothing is Helping

I am so sick of us all being sick

It is gonna be 65 or warmer all week
so I am opening every window
washing all the bedding
lysoling the whole house

I am on a mission
if there is a Germ in this house I will Kill it

Kathy and Lyn sorry i disappeared this morning i just didn't want to whine to you all and i have had a Horrible weekend

My DH and my MOM got in a HUGE fight
things are still Rocky there

the girls have been acting up

and work yesterday was HORRIBLE

i just want to find a hole to climb in and stay there till things are better

Man i seem to never have any good news anymore

Dinner's coming along nicely so I thought I would catch up and dis for a few.

DD has been really bummed that she wasn't off work today so she couldn't come home for Easter dinner. This is the first holiday since she broke up with DBF and in the past if she hasn't made it home she's at least had him (such as he is ) to spend the day with. Today was going to be the first day that she'd be alone. I sent her a huge bunny and some candy and told her not to open it until this morning. So she called home at 10 a.m. and opened her package while we were on the phone together. Then she started crying a little. I asked her to go to to work and see if anyone wanted to trade shifts so she could get off early. She was scheduled til 4. She just called, someone switched and she got off at 2 so she's on her way up! I'm not gonna tell DH and the boys.

HOLD ON!!!! You didn't say they broke up (did you? I usually read back ) was there a huge party and noone invited me? if so, I will party for you now ...happy days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well if you do it. DON'T put the little bag inside of another little bag. I didn't do that before and it worked great. This time I followed what I found on the internet and it didn't allow the liq. to get cold enough.

Only use one Freezer Qt. bag and one freezer Gallon bag. They are stronger and work the best.

Also after your ice cream forms, make sure you rinse the smaller baggie off with a little water before you open it for the kids. If you don't you might taste allot of the salt that you put with the ice.
