[Good Ol Gal]

My Mom was looking better this afternoon when I went to see her...after I finished work. When I got there she was standing up and brushing her hair...which I thought was a huge step forward. Other than going to the bathroom, I hadn't seen her choose to stand for days

Looks like she will be home tomorrow...so I may try and check in on her in the morning, before work again. She must be feeling better, she is going to try and set up one of the nice nurses with my 1st cousin

I am just worried about when she goes home...but on the good side, she is taking off of work for two weeks and plans on resting. I looked at her diet list today, so tomorrow night I am going to take over some of my freezer cooking that she can eat (like mashed potatoes and brocolli soup) so that she just needs to heat it up...other than that, I don't think there is much more I can do.

I feel really bad that other people on the LTP have family/in-law problems too, but it is nice to know I am not alone

Very, very tired this morning! I think I'm going to take A.J. to school and come back and go back to bed for a little while. I had a monster headache last night and took 2 tylenol pm. Should have only taken one, which I'm used to. Now I'm tired and groggy feeling. But the headache is gone!

Well at least the headache went away

I could not go to sleep last night. I was up till after 2am and woke up at 6:30. I am going to need to take a nap this afternoon before I go to work.

how are Travis and Madison doing with school??

Travis and Madison are really enjoying it! I am very surprised at Travis. He complained so much here at home, but he says how fast school goes by and how slow time is at home now.

One thing I am concerned about it Travis is not eating his lunch. He says he just isn't hungry at lunch time. I told him he needs to eat his sandwich whether he is hungry or not
