Ladies and Gentleman this will be the new promotion for 2013,

We looking at june 1-6 2 adults with park hopper. We hopping to stay at bwi cl with qsdp. How big would be the discount be?

Thank you, Danny!!

If I missed this piece of info, I apologize, but are the ticket prices you posted pre- or post-sales tax? I'm assuming pre-... And if my memory serves me correctly, adding these tickets to my current room-only reservation will require full payment of the tickets immediately. Correct?

Guys, I am loving danny too, in a completely plutonic way, and my wife is entirely ok with this :)

BUT, please, guys, give him a bit of a break. If you want to know how much this is going to save you, you can figure this out yourself.

Go to the webpage, plug in your Vacation, include tickets. That will give you your total cost.

Then remove the tickets (there is a link beside the tickets, says "remove this") That will give you your room cost. Now, apply a 30% or 25 or 20. Whatever you like, it depends on the resort and while Danny might come back with specifics per resort, we still don't need him to do the calculations.

That will tell you what you are saving on your rooms, then recalculate the cost of your tickets based on the schedule Danny provided, add that to the cost of your room.

Now compare and contrast.

Here is our Example, Booked at French Quarter May 5-15
Total cost with park hopper = 3300.66

Room Only 2452
Ticket Cost 848

Apply 30% to room, hoping this applies to Moderate

Room = 1716.40
Tickets 652.00

Total = 2368.40
Savings= 932.20

Is there any way for us to find out the % room discount by resort? I feel like come Jan 3rd I'm going to be on the phone to Disney asking "and how about this room... and how about THIS room?" And generally driving the CM crazy. I'm just hoping to find the cheapest room, value, mod, I'm flexible lol!

if you want and you post the dates of your vacation i can give the price of a value resort with the discount so you can make your budget better :goodvibes

Danny, do you think you could help me with the Disney math, pretty please!?!

We arrive on May 22 and depart on June 1. We are a party of three adults, 7 day base tickets with the dining plan (1 ts, 1cs and 1 snack). We have a standard room at the Caribbean Beach Resort.

Thanks in advance!

Danny, I could use some help too, please. We are arriving May 5-7, staying at the Caribbean Resort and will want park hopper tickets.

Thanks bunches!

We are considering two sets of dates, March 16-23rd or May 25-June 1. There are 3 of us, 2 adults and one child although for the May dates she will be 10 and therefore adult prices. We are looking to stay at a moderate, preferably POR preferred location. What % discount will be offered at the moderates for our dates?

Danny thank you so much for this info!! I truly love you too, you made me the happiest person!

I can prob figure out the math, at least I can try....lol
But....can you tell me what discount All Star Music, and Movies are getting? Along with Little Mermaid, and Port Orleans? The dates would be April 20-28.

I know I am asking for a lot but that would really make my day.

Happy Holidays!:flower3:

How do you go about changing a reservation? I have a package now. If this is a room only discount, will they have to refund my money and then rebook the vacation again? Or can they just apply the discounts?

Okay, I think I'm kind of confused. Is this 2 separate discounts (the room discount and the discounted tickets) ? We booked a package, so would you have any idea what this might save us? I would really appreciate any help you cank you VERY much in advance..... you've made our Christmas far more merry!!! :santa:

i wonder the same thing - do we get both the room discount AND the discounted tickets??

Thank you for the scoop!!! I hope when the booking window opens there is availability to apply this to our existing ressies:banana:.

Great example for people! Once Danny gave me the discount for my room and answered my question as to whether the discount tickets would work with my RO PIN then I figured out our cost as well.

I usually look up the seperate prices for the room, tickets, and dining plan from third party websites and then try to calculate for tax. Your way is a little easier though! I always hated that WDW the site didn't itemize the costs but it probably is easier to figure out than my method! However, here are some other sites I like that people can use as well if they want to try to calculate numbers:

Resort prices (remember to add 12.5% tax):http://www.mousesavers.com/2013-walt-disney-world-resort-room-rates-season-dates/

Dining Plan costs (include 6.5% tax): http://www.wdwinfo.com/disney-dining-plan.htm#prices2013

Ticket costs (include 6.5% tax): http://**************.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Current-Walt-Disney-World-Ticket-Prices.jpg

In the end, when I did the math, the new promotion will be more than what I got with my RO PIN at AKL. If I switch resorts it might save me quite a bit more but that's the case with my RO PIN as well.

Hi my friend, yes you must book at least 1 room and then you can buy the discounted tickets, I have been watching the room prices and the discount vary too much from one resort to other in some cases the saving is only in the tickets and the room price is only 5 % discounted but in others is up to 30 % ok :thumbsup2

I think I just did the math and did it using a 25% for POFQ standard room, I will be saving about 580.00 over the whole package. Not as good as stay play dine or free dining but it is something!

Sorry one more question, if POFQ is one resort with the smaller discount how do I know which has the bigger discount I might switch resorts?

Another inquiring mind about POFQ!! Danny, any inside scoop about the % discount at this resort?:flower3:
