I'm down .5 for the challenge so far. That makes me .5/5. It's a slow start, but at least it's a start. I was off track on my plan & being lazy about my exercise program, so I'm really glad I'm down the .5. I'm back on track all around now, so I know I'll do better!
I'm really glad to be in this challenge. It helped me get back on track when I wasn't doing so well. I hated the idea of not losing & not living up to the challenge, so it was a great motivation to get back on track!
