I'm getting a letter together to send out regarding swap procedure. Besides what's listed on post one, and the contact information for the swapper before and after your trip, what else will you need?

I'm trying to get about a 1 page document together so you can just print it off and take it to WDW with you.

I do have a picture of the outside of the box. Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the fridge itself. Maybe someone can take a picture while they're there?

How about supplies? Are there some antibacterial wipes and some packing (or similar) tape?

No problem, I was only suggesting it because I had seen some of the PP's mentioning that it would have been helpful to have a pic. to show a CM when the fridge was misplaced. I have already PMed the swapper before me & heard back (no details exchanged yet), but I haven't heard back from the swapper after me.

Thanks again for all the helpful info. you have provided & for taking time out of your busy schedule to keep this swap organized for us. I'm sure it is a bigger undertaking (and worry) than most people can probably imagine.

Look at page 48 - post 706. That's how I found it in luggage services in June.
