Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

I read that they serve them on the ship. I love them. Do they sell them or are they free? Are they on the Dream?

they are for free. You will find them at the breakfast sittings. One day I watched a guy carry out about 20 boxes. I knew they tasted familiar but had no idea they were KK until I saw all the boxes. They freeze them to keep them fresh~

Heck, I think I ate half dozen in the 4 nights on the boat.
Didn't even know they're KK until I read it here.

They're at Cabanas every morning. I saw choc glazed and white chocolate glaze (I think).
I only ate the regular choc one tho... yum!!!!

Every time I've been on the Wonder, they have had Krispy Kreme doughnuts. However, when I was on the Dream, it was something different and definitely not as good. You could pick off the chocolate on top of the doughnut! It was weird, considering I was used to the Krispy Kreme doughnuts, haha.

My kids will be sad. It is one of the few places they can get Krispy Kreme since all the shops around us closed.

Oh boy, if they don't have the regular Krispy Kreme glazed donughts at the buffet on the Dream hubby will be very disappointed. He discovered them on our Thankgiving Wonder cruise at breakfast the first day and hasn't stopped telling people about the fact that they were there and tasted fresh too.

Oh I hope they bring them to the Dream. I'm not a big ice cream or chocolate fan but kk are my pleasure there goes my diet .

I agree I do not think the doughnuts on the MV were KK..but they did have the yummy chocolate croissants

I would hope the donuts on the ships would be made on the ship. Krispy Kreme got run out of town here by the mom and pop donut shops that sold better donuts for a lower price. Sounds like that was the case in a lot of cities.

True, but Krispy Kreme tastes good in my opinion. And what they were serving on the Dream tasted very "fake". Actually, they didn't have really any taste to them.

Thank goodness for the Krsipy Kremes on the Magic last week! Yes, they are real KK and I saw the box too. They must freeze them because they tasted fresh all week. They were the only danish type food that was safe for my son who has a peanut/tree nut allergy. They are always out at the buffet at breakfast but you can also request them in the fining rooms and it may take a bit but they will always appear. They had regular glazed, chocolate iced, and creme filled. Other than the yummy cinnamon buns that I could eat but not my son, the donuts were by far the tastiest pastries on the ship, IMO...

Give them a couple weeks on the doughnuts for the dream. They are not KK and they were defanitly the same doughnuts from the Med in May. Remember the dream left germany not that that long ago and freezers have alot of room in them. They had some other products that were from europe as well. Our guess was it was stocked in europe and have some of it left.

Once upon a time DCL did have their own doughnuts---and they were Excellent!!!-------I can only wish that Disney will come their senses as in the case of McDonalds leaving the parks(I know the contract was over but) -I certainley don't think that it is much of a magical experience to eat their "ordinary" fries while on vacation.
They can do MUCH better than Manufactured day old frozen doughnuts!!
TV dinners in Palo anyone???

Folks please step away from these. Krispy Kreams should ONLY be eaten when the hot light is on. There is no hot light on DCL. I have had these frozen things. They are sad.

I totally agree, but when you live somewhere without fresh KK long enough, any KK is a treat! Dunkin Donuts just doesn't do it for me.

We live about 5 mins from a KK and after a day they don't taste the same at all. Once the sugar turns to liquid on the outside it's like a completely different doughnut. We were on the Dream last week and the doughnuts were def NOT Krispy Kreams!!!
