We just got back from a wonderful stay at OKW and ate at Kona at the Polynesia on our anniversary. The sticky wings are incredible! Does anyone have the recipe or the email address to request one? Thanks! I've been doing searches but did not find it.

I should write a book....

Thank you! I do have a question. The poaching liquid- when is this used? Are the wings cooked in the poaching liquid before they are crisped in the oil?
Thank you again!

It's my guess you poach them first cool and then fry. Then lastly toss with sticky sauce. That seems the most logical. I may have to make these they sound wonderful.

You would be correct...poach first, then fry and toss! Good luck and let me know how they turn out for ya!
