Yes, it's been a struggle, but definitely worth every minute. I have definitely slacked off this week...but after watching TBL on tv last night...I really want to get back into focusing on myself again.
I have that 5K scheduled for Sunday, so I am absolutely, positively getting out there to run again tomorrow. Even if it's just for a 30 minute run.
It's gonna be a late dinner tonight, after cheering and soccer. Hopefully I'm not starving and make bad choices. Guess tonight would have been a good crockpot night! (hindsight and all
