Tell me more about this dinner. Is it just the Step Mother and sisters? Kirsta had a fit last year when we ate at the Castle and the Prince wasn't there with Cinderella.
Woops!!! Let me rephrase that! Megan has never been in the snow! What a cutie!!! This is wonderful snowman snow, I'm suprised Lydia hasn't been bugging me to go outside to build one yet!
I love Scrappy's "gangsta" outfit!!! He sure looks cute in that!!
And, we can just NEVER have to many pictures of Megan!!! Tell her to drive on up to Michigan and she and Lydia can play in the snow!
Anyone have font suggestions? I googled and there are some sites that sell letters (MICKEY) but I don't want to pay for them. Surely I could use something printed from word, right? Anyone use anything in particular for letters?
OK, now for my question. What does everyone use for letters when you applique? I googled and found some letters for applique that you can buy but it seems like a real waste of money. Surely a font in word would work? Just curious what everyone uses. If you use a font, what is it? I'm going to go play around in word and see what I can find.
Well I managed to upload mine from hubby's camera. Now all I have to wait for are DD21's pictures. Here are a few from the church play and Christmas morning.

Ooops could'nt forget Butterscotch !
I got a sewing machine for Christmas, but have never sewed before. Well actually I have, but I was a teenager.
I am interested in making twirl skirts for my dd. Also where can I find fabric online? (Disney related). Our Hobby Lobby, Joanne's and Walmart do not have a good selection.
Thanks!
I showed Megan the pictures and read your comments and she said, "I have seen snow! On tv!" She is sure it is exactly the same thing. Those pictures are breathtaking!
She also informed me that she is ready to drive because she played the driving video game down at the sports bar we go to all the time and it's very easy: there is one petal to go, one petal to stop, the black bar you push up and down (I think she means the gear shift) and just don't run over anyone when you steer. Super simple! Why are all our babies trying to grow up so fast?
Tom, I am going to CASE your sleepover nightgown for our friend in the hospital. Tomorrow I am off to look for flannel in orange, her favorite color. I'll let you know how it goes!
Tampa girls: my mom has found a sewing and quilt expo that is coming to here: http://www.sewingexpo.com/
She is very excited and wants to us to take classes together. I am taking Serging for Rookies and Sewing for Your Little Sweetie. It would be cool to see other DISers there!
I am still sick (yuck). My company left this afternoon so I can get my house back to normal. It seems the longer the grandparents are here, the worse my children act! They were positively bratty by today!
Look what my mom sewed for scrappy! It is a little fleece hooded jacket. Jacob says it looks "gangsta" which I think offended my mother:

I am finally getting this old computer to cooperateI have a bunch of pics to share of customs from Halloween until New Years. I will be sparing and only post the best ones.... It may take me forever, but I will start with DD Katies Halloween TUTU dress. She insisted on the tiara (from her birthday) and wore the clip on earrings all night. She could not walk 5 steps in her costume without being stopped for Ohh's and Ahh's. That is very difficult for a toddler on a mission
![]()
![]()
I also wanted to add I love 2cutekidz's Cinderella outfit. I will have to look for those pillowcases.
I also love the newest JoJo outfit. I may have to work on something JoJo for our upcoming trip. I think all of the bright colors look so great together.
This turned out great. Your DD is adorable.Okay, I'm back. My "surprise" company left today![]()

Okay, I do love these people (DHs sister, BIL and 2 of their daughters.) I even often enjoy their company, but it was just not a good time and they never even asked us if they could stay. Now I'm thinking about Heather's uninvited dog and I'm thinking this may top that
DH's OTHER sister did leave us a message on the answering machine to let us know that their sister and her family would be coming in a couple of days to stay with us. That was it. Okay, had to vent a little. I'm just glad to have my craft room back and now I can sew again and have my own computer back. I have already finished Lily's Valentine's dress. It turned out pretty cute. I'll post pictures when I can get it on her. I did manage to get photos of her wearing the (famous pillowcase) Cinderella jumper I made. She was not very cooperative. I can't tell you how many photos I had to take! And she's still sticking out her tongue in the best one. Dolly is lying next to her.

Lyddy is still up. Big suprise. Brian and the kids are at his brother's house.
I took a break from videos and looked outside. It was so pretty, I thought I'd take some pictures to share with you guys. The snow is falling so fluffy and pretty tonight! And, it's not too cold out, only 31 degrees.

So that is about it. I am working on Little Einsteins outfits now. I hope you like and I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Love the petti dress! The hellokitty nightgown is adorable.I finally have my Christmas pics ready to show. It seems like I haven't had more than a minute or two to myself for the last 2 weeks. Maybe this week will slow down some.
I made dd4 a Santa tutu dress. She danced around the house in it for days & wore it to her Day School party.

Santa came to the library & naturally I forgot about it so the girls weren't wearing any of their cute Christmas clothes, but they did match that day.![]()

Christmas morning in their new nightgowns.
DD4 with her new box o potato head parts. This was one of my favorite gifts of hers just for the story behind it. When we were in Disney World dh & I snuck off for a night alone & went to Downtown Disney. Mostly because I wanted to get dd the potato head stuff. I tried so hard to cram all the princess pieces in there with a couple of others & knew she'd like. I just couldn't get Ariel to fit no matter what I tried. When I went to check out the cashier asked if I got everything I wanted & I told him I couldn't make Ariel fit, but she'd never know that it was even there so it didn't matter. He looked at the box & said 'It's worth a try'. He got the pieces & stood there for at least 5 minutes trying to fit everything in the box. He finally got it all the fit (ripped off one of the box tabs in the process), put stickers on the top to keep it closed, threw it in a bag & checked me out as quickly as he could so that if the box popped open he wouldn't see it. I told he'd just made a 4 year olds Christmas & he said that was his job.

These are adorable! I hope you get a chance to use them.![]()

I love these designs. But I don't understand the directions on her site at "the site that must not be named". It says to request format DST, EXP, JEF, PCS, PES, SEW, VIP, XXX and have software like palatte, magic box or other. How do I find out what program to use? I've been afraid to order from her becuase I might ask for the wrong thing. And what is Palatte or Magic Box. These designs would be so cute on an outfit.
Love the coat for Scrappy! Megan is adorable with her AG doll.I showed Megan the pictures and read your comments and she said, "I have seen snow! On tv!" She is sure it is exactly the same thing. Those pictures are breathtaking!

Thanks Teresa...I will have to do some research on it and give it a try.I do video reviews on Expotv, they pay you $10, $5 or $2 per review, depending on what the product is. It's easy to do, and gives us a little extra money for Disney! There are some threads on it on the Dis somewhere, that's where I first heard about it. It's easy to do, so give it a try!
