Just received my package....question on offering documents/booklets

Let's see (rummaging through the very large box):

Beach Club Villa Print - very nice

Cool Backpack - love it, hmmm....not sure to take that pack or my WDW pack this week coming - oh well wish all my decisions were like that

Contracts to sign - read them - nothing absolutely horrible or unexpected

Guidebook, copy of contract etc.

Now with respect to the booklets and offering statement etc. do I need to read these before I sign the contract or is it information for later?

jaysue, it's up to you if you want to read through it all before signing.
i'm sure you've learned a lot of the info already just by reading this forum.
the POS's are basically just the fine print... so, if you were to ask a lawyer, they would recommend you read all fine print before signing.
some of it is actually kind of interesting... if you're into that kind of stuff

I would at least read through it. You can skip the legal property definitions which will save you about a third of the book.
