Adult only trip to check out all resorts, what are the must dos? And other tips.

Idk if that has opened back up yet. It's been down because the recent election.
I went to it a few days before inauguration this year. Honestly it is a great attraction, but some people are so rude. I am not interested in cheering or jeering the animatronics, and it makes me sad to hear people rooting as if for a sports team. Kind of degrades the whole experience.

Since it’s open and DH is a huge history fan I will have to now look up and see what exactly this is. Never heard of it.

I enjoy it, but I'm kind of a history nut.

I also really like "The American Adventure" at the US Epcot pavilion. Not if, but WHEN you go listen to the Voices of Liberty :), maybe you can check it out!
We went into the one with all the paintings, is that the same one?

Are you talking about the little art store next to the main building?
The American Adventure is a show in the main building where the Voices of Liberty sing.

Also Don Felder from the Eagles is playing on the 25th for the Garden Rocks concert, if you're interested in that.

There's an attraction there where the VOL sing?!! Just kidding - love the American Adventure, but we're guilty of stopping to listen to the amazing VOL and actually not staying for AA..... many times!

Lol, me too. But AA I think is worth seeing at least once!
VoL I never miss when I visit :)

Yes. My husband is really into history and I dont see us making time for this when we have kids/family along with us so it will be the perfect time.
If he's really into history then it is worth a visit, make sure to check show schedules because I feel like I often found myself just missing the final performance in the late afternoon? I do not go to WDW for history stuff, but would watch this again to get out of the heat and sit for a while.

I vowed to my son I will not ride any cool rides. He is okay if I go on Living w/ the Land though 🤣

Oh, you definitely need to see The American Adventure. The Benjamin Franklin audioanimatronic walks up stairs, Will Rogers twirls a lasso, and it ends with an all-too-pertinent warning about increasing leisure. I love it, my DH takes naps there.
