Just reactivated our tickets

I just did the call-back feature for Disney and they called me back in about an hour. Not too shabby.

I upgraded/reactivated our 5-day base (adults) air miles vouchers at the Cdn rate back in 2019 and was $145 US per ticket. She said the old value was $440.15 and new amount was $585. Not sure if that is inline with others experiences, but I am happy to just have not lost the tickets!

I was able to add Genie+ when I did mine last week.

Yea I didn't want to just yet. From what I have researched online and seeing on the app, we only need it for HS and MK. Both EP and AK you can do without it.

I called the toll-free ticketing line 1-888-870-9173. As you go through the prompts, there is one for getting a callback. The area code of the number is 407 and says Lake Buena Vista, FL on the caller ID when they call back.
