In the UK we always get Good Friday off - well if you work in an office anyways, DH has to work as he works in a store.

I know, but it is also on Friday, no? At least my Jewish friend told me that is why he was taking vac. days on Thurs. and Friday.

Passover is eight days. And yes he would be taking Thursday and Friday off.

It's just that when you said Good Friday and Passover coincided in your first post, they do, but they also don't.
