Okay here are my thoughts...
The resort is beautiful, but way too big. We were in Trinidad South so a trip to the pool or Old Port Royal was like a day trip. We literally had to leave the room at 8:30AM to make a 9:00AM Easter Egg Hunt...on site.
We were in one of the new pirate themed rooms...it was great. Everything was great...just too big. Bus service took too long at times. Fine at others. Not terrible for such a busy time.
Couldn't ask for a friendlier staff.
I would probably go back to POP or an All Star just to give my DDs the independence of walking alone to get drinks and snacks. This is just a bit too far for them to go alone. Of course, if you get a room closer to the action, you are all set. Beautiful setting though.
We were in Disney at one of the busiest, if not the busiest time of year. Everything ran quite smoothly. I must say all the staff made it seem like we were the only ones there, no matter where we went...until we met BEVERLY!!!! She was the Kimpossible helper in Italy. Not fit for the job!!!! Doesn't belong in Disney. Not fit to work with people, especially children. Her badge reads: Beverly, Texas A&M University....AVOID HER! She will ruin your day!
Tried some new places to eat for us: Boma, Yak and Yeti, Crystal Palace, California Grill...all were fantastic.
Hoop Dee Doo still the BEST!!!!!
