Just Back from a Great Disney Vacation

I did send two separate emails yesterday. I will let you know if I hear anything back about my negative comments. I let them know it didn't ruin our experience, just that we were a little disappointed. Hopefully they will be more open to opinions because I was trying to be balanced.

I'm a newbie to planning Disney vacations, my husband and I are going on an adult only trip to WDW this November. Are the wait times much lower at this time so that a fast pass may not be worth it? also, for the EMM, is the $69 you pay for it on top of your already paid for tickets? And is the breakfast buffet included in the price, or do you pay extra? We will have parkhopper tickets as part of a package. Thanks so much for posting and sharing about your trip :)

I just got a phone call from Disney concerning my emails. She thanked me for the positive email about our dining. She then asked about our EMM experience. I explained the situation and told here that I just wanted to let them know because the CM seemed to have no idea what was going on, and I could see it leading to some confrontations. I also made sure to let her know how much we loved it and would do it again (hopefully they will keep offering it). She was very thankful for my input and let me know that they were still "working out the bugs", and she would pass it on to that department. I didn't do this expecting anything in return, but she is sending us an email for 1 extra FP for each person in our party for the inconvenience next time we visit. I thought it was a nice gesture on her part.

We have never gone in November, but I know from reading Disboards that anytime around Thanksgiving can be really crazy. You could check easywdw for their crowd calendars to look at predictions for your specific dates. The EMM charge is on top of the regular ticket, but it does include a breakfast buffet.

Even if I thought the crowds were going to be small, I'd still grab fastpasses. Even on low crowd level times, Mine Train and Peter Pan wait time are often listed as over an hour. Hope that helps. If it doesn't, just let me know, and I'll try to be more specific.
