Wow, MRS AR, nice job! Way to go on a half followed by a full - so impressive!
Vegas - hang in there! Some days it's harder than others, but keep your goal in front of you. Are you doing any PT for the knee/ankle injuries? The therapist may have some good training advice for you. Google 'half marathon training plans for beginners' and you'll get some valuable info. For my first half, I kind of meshed two different plans to fit my schedule. Also, it was helpful to print it out, post it on my bathroom mirror and highlight each day that I did the training. When I missed a day, I just picked up on the next day. You can do it!!!!
Keep up the good work everyone!

Broke a major barrier today, I did some very, very careful jumping. Jumping is something that's incredibly scary for me because of major issues with my left knee. Most of those have been solved by my last surgery almost 5 years ago, but there is still fear and the knee itself is not as strong as the other one, so yeah scary.
Oops, forgot to add 40 min walking Thursday night.
Now 230/800
I'm less than 1/3 towards my goal. Got to "literally" step it up!![]()
530/500
Adding 50 minutes of strength training yesterday. Plus 30 minutes of HIIT and 10 minutes of abs today.
I underestimated what my goal should be this month. I'm going to keep going though even though I hit goal already.
