ok girls -- this is my question -- do you all think stress plays a big role in whether or not your body will shed some pounds? i honestly have been doing fairly well, never perfect but pretty darn good and i'm not losing. I won't bore you with TMI---we'll just say i'm parenting a teenage girl

for the first time i have a tire around my middle this year, i never have really carried weight there and i know it's the more dangerous kind of poundage. i just wondered if this is a stress-tire?
