July Weight Loss Challenge

I am not new to the boards but do alot more reading than posting I have been trying to loose weight since Jan I had a hysterectomy in feb of 2005 and my body is all messed up. I lost 66 pounds doing WW in 2003 now I have put back on 30 npounds back on. I thought if I could join your challange it would give me a little more motivation. Put me down for 5 punds. Hello everyone! I didn't post last week, but my total loss for July so far is 2.6! Not great, but I am happy considering all the dinners out, etc I have had and still lost !!! Woo Hoo!! :cool1:
 
Well I'm 0 for 5 right now :( I'm heading out to my first WW meeting so maybe I'll learn something that I'm doing wrong here. I'm thinking its my beer intake though.

Can I join in? I know we're almost half way through the month, but I'd like to aim for 5 lbs.

I've been trying for a few weeks, but have only been half way there (commitment wise). I'm due for "my monthly friend" to visit which sends me into chocolate wonderland, but I've got to gain control here.

I really want to do this. So please add me to your roll call.

I know the feeling. I just had "my monthly friend". I just try to take it one day at a time. I also think more about the choices I make and what the consequences of those choices will be. I'm getting excited because I know I've lost weight. My official weigh-in isn't until Monday, 7/16/07. I cannot wait to weigh in.

I know it is hard but you can do it. Hang in there! :thumbsup2
 
Good luck to everyone on trying to stay on track during the weekend. That's usually my problem, even though last weekend I did pretty good considering.

Let's all try to make good food choices and to be more active. My second weigh-in for the month will be tomorrow. Wish me luck.
 
I didn't weigh myself last week, and weighed myself this week. Apparently I gained 2lbs. :( But I think it has a lot to do with the fact I changed up my work out routine and eating habits. Hopefully next week I will see a big change.
 
Can I join??? I'll say 6 lbs this month. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning. I need something to keep me focused and back on track..I've been away awhile.

I lost 2 more pounds this week so that puts me at 5/10 for the July challenge. :)

Plus I get the 15 pound clippie since this loss puts me at 16 pounds total! :woohoo:
 
I've lost 2 pounds this week for a total of 3.5 out of 6, for the month of July! :banana:

Only a half of a pound to go before I can get the 15 pound clippie. Way to go on the 15 pounds, Becka!! :cheer2:
 
So I gained .5 from last week. I quit exercising--I gave myself last Sunday off since I had a really good loss, then just never got back to exercising.

Ok, since I was only trying for 4 pounds for this month, I am excited to be at a loss of 1.5 I know I can do this mini goal!

Saturday is my weigh day so I forgot to post yesterday.
