That's a run, some walks and the Y stretching class, which I will go to again tomorrow morning. My walking partner is sick :( but that means I can get my runs in. :)

Well the good news was that it was MUCH cooler for tonight's walk. The bad news is that I got caught in pouring rain, complete with thunder and lighting about a 1/2 mile from the end of my walk. ARGH. But I got my 90 minutes in, and that last little bit was a LOT faster so we'll call it an interval, haha.

Tonight I added another 65 mins of walking/running at the college.

20 minute walk with the whole family last night
49 minutes of running (3.7 miles) this morning.

Did a new exercise at the Y this morning. It was not fun. I really, really hope it doesn't become one of the instructor's new "favorites!" :rotfl:

Got my run in this morning. I felt faster, but was 18 seconds slower than last time. I guess I should keep track of which way I run the loop to see if that makes a difference.

30 min run/walk today. I'm up to run for 1:15 and walk for 1:45. Not bad for this being my 4th week of C25K and I never ran before. :cool1:

Thanks! I'm really motivated right now and this thread is helping me along. My recent favorite quote which sums up my exercise/weight loss journey is "I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday."

Well I posted my goal back at the beginning of the month, and have not been back to post minutes since. :headache:

I've not been getting anywhere near my goal minutes but so far this month I have -
69, 70, 68, 46 min walks
96 min arms, core, stretch, etc...

Total 349 / 1200

Hope everyone else is doing well with their goals & minutes!
 
Ran at lunchtime today... made up for the short run yesterday 5.35 miles in 60 minutes.

Total for the month: 1139/1600

Asked DH if he wanted to go for a walk with me and he surprised me and said yes. :cool1:

So we got in an hour walk as I wanted to try out a 3 mile running route before I actually ran it the first time.
