Now with traffic concerns, and DH also has to drop off the rental car here too, we are probably going to try to be on our way earlier. So, is 8 -8:30 too early to meet for you guys?? If it is, I certainly understand. I have a teen who loves to sleep, and I am pretty sure we will be out late at MK the night before: they have EMH to like 3 a.m.!(No WAY I am gonna make it that long.........) So it will be interesting for us that morning for sure! But we would love to try to meet if it works for everyone! As for where, gee, I have no idea! Light that morning sounds like a good idea, as we know we'll be getting lots of food once we board!!
Let me know your thoughts.
Hi Kelly!shortncutesweety said:Hey guys, I'm Eric's (yamahaboy) sister. I read that there were a couple other kids my age (13) going. Usually I just stick with my brother, but this time I really want to meet some people. I'm wondering if majority of the kids my age will be hanging out in The Stack, or that new Ocean Quest. The Stack seems more like for high schoolers and such...Thanks.
Kelly.

my son (13) just got 2 teeth pulled after being in braces almost 2 yrs. It's those darned 12 yr. old molars, i guess he was just hoping they would fall out on their own. Ortho hasn't given an estimate of how much longer, but I'm guessing at least another year. My son said at the 2 year limit, he would be using the pliers to take them off himself!! After all that cash, I don't think so!!! gotta go to water aerobics-I'm late! Michelle
(but I just can't stay off these boards!)

We just got back from eating NY pizza with Mom and Dad (we take home leftovers because NJ pizza is). Just bought Bonine for DH.
What is Bonine? Is this like sea sick medicine? I have never heard of this.

I've been googling to see if I could find anything regarding traffic issues on past launches but the only thing I found was:
ROAD CLOSURES
Space Commerce Way which connects State Road 3 with State Road 405 (NASA Causeway) will be closed on launch day, July 26 beginning at 4 a.m. It will reopen two hours after launch. The closure is necessary due to the expected high volume of traffic on these highways.
I don't think that information really applies to us. DH suggeted asking a DCL bus driver, if we ran into one before leaving BCV that morning.

--I broke my index fingernail way, way down. I even had to double check it this morning that I really was dreaming.
My hair in the back must have been really FRIZZY-everyone kept recommending anti friz hair products and I was sitting at dinner in a restaraunt and I kept touching it and saying it was a little bad, but really fine and eveyone kept saying that they have really good ani-frizz shampoos...
and the last was the worst, I went to pluck my eye brows and as I moved my hair off my forehead, it was all hairy under there-all the way up to my hair line, this soft, dark hair like stuff!! I was showing people and they would just look sympathetic and shake their heads!! Wow, these were scary!!![]()
going to stay away from all mirrors today! Michelle
