Join Us For Rich & Adrian's May 2009 WDW Adventure!

Nope, my my first name is Brad. That alias is music related, really from a different era of my life, but I won't say exactly who or how.Oh by the way, which one's Pink?
Hi Brad :) I updated the list on Page 22 with your proper name.

Adrian guesses that you mean Pink Floyd ....

Welcome Leanne! Not all of us are in our forties.:rolleyes1 I won't say how old I am, but I will say I am old enough to have a 30 y/o son and another in his 20's.:rotfl:, so I may be the big sister of the group. However, let's not forget that at Disney World everyone is a kid again. Disney World has no age limits and absolutely NO calories in their food.:rolleyes1

What the heck! Are you going to ride it Rich? How about the tea cups and Expedition Everest a half a dozen times or so?:rotfl::flower3:

HI Yall . Only 22 days for Rick and I YEAH I though the board would be more active the closer we get!! Guess everyone is packing see Ya'll soon :banana:

'Ya'll, Ya'll'! What the heck!:rotfl: Adrian, last Sept when we met you, I could have sworn you said you were from California and now living in Connecticut. I thought the only people to use the term, 'ya'll' were true born and bred, slow speaking, southerners, like myself.:rolleyes1:rotfl::rotfl: I always thought Yankees like you and Rich used the term 'you guys' instead of 'ya'll'. Hey, maybe Mark and I rubbed off on you.:rotfl:

Also what do you mean 'packing'? Eeeek! I haven't even thought about packing. Are you guys already packing? I guess I'd better start thinking about it at least.

See ya'll real soon!:rotfl: By the way, I have a surprise for you and Rich on our first night.:flower3::upsidedow:laughing:

Yes Vanessa,
This California Boy, did his Under Grad in Washington DC and according Washington DC is the deep south, below the mason dixon line, that is where i got my Diet Coke for breakfast habit along with saying Yall. See YA SOON

Hey you guys :rotfl: (As we New Englanders say ;))

Vanessa I can vouch for the fact that Adrian :lovestruc is a lot more Southern than I am - you should have seen him while we were driving through a regular old snowstorm up to visit my sister in New Hampshire - Adrian was scared to DEATH

I was thinking of you when I noticed that McDonald's up here is now selling Sweet Tea - but because Hartford, Connecticut :snooty: isn't exactly know for it's Southern charm and hospitality, no one even seems to know what Sweet Tea is!

Snow? That's that cute, fluffy white stuff that we get to see every year or so. Right? of course around here it usually melts before it hits the ground.:rotfl: If any does stick everything around here (schools, businesses, roads, etc) shut completely down. No one around here knows how to drive on the stuff, so I don't blame Adrian for being scared.:scared1: No way am I getting on the road with that white stuff either.:scared1:

Ya'll don't know what sweet tea is? Oh my, that delicious nectar from the gods that our babies around here cut their teeth on?:rotfl: One of the reasons that I usually order water down in WDW is that I can't get a decent glass of sweet tea down there.:rotfl: My GD went with her mom to Chicago to see her other grandparents who recently moved up there. When she came back, she said the only decent iced tea she could get was at her grandparents house. All the restaurants up there serve that nasty stuff that they expect you to add sugar to. That GD of mine does love her sweet tea and was not a happy camper when she came home!:rotfl:

Adrian, if you lived in DC for awhile, I guess you earned the right to use the phrase 'ya'll'.:rotfl: Just don't get to thinking that you are a true southerner though. You're still from out in Californ-i-a. Even people who move down here are never really considered true southerners, just transplants.:rotfl:

Packing, who mentioned packing! ;)

I'm getting my cases out of the attic this weekend lol - can't wait not long now everyone :goodvibes

Thank you Vanessa, I am a honorary Southerner, and yes you, Mark, and Miss Betty did rub off on me last year, but I say Y'all all the time, I get strange looks from the folks at work who live in Brooklyn when I say Y'all going to lunch? are y'all still passing on Tower of Terror?:banana:
