Hi Everyone,
Well, got a couple of things for the wedding yesterday - ballet slippers (they are getting dyed Ivory) and I got my slip for my gown. Also started to look at gifts for all of the girls I have so many ideas but everything costs so much!
Still need to get shoes for the wedding and the proper undergarments (other than the slip).
OMG - it was so packed at the gym today, usually on Sunday there is no-one there...I still have to try and find out about taking Yoga classes at the local Bikram place but even that gets costly because you have to buy the proper clothes, mat, and all of that - plus the classes (for 10) are $150.00 or somewhere in that area.
I'm still not happy with the way that I look. I found one of my old bathing suits. I hope to get FI to take pictures of me with it on and maybe I can track my progress by those

. Everyone thinks that I am crazy but I really hate the way that things fit - they fit but then you have a little bit of a pinch of fat that I just can't stand.

Overhead shoulder press- 20 pounds, 10 reps, 1 set - 30 pounds, 10 reps, 2 sets
Shoulder press (with free weights) - 5 pounds, 12 reps, 2 sets - 7.5 pounds, 12 pres, 1 set
Low cable row- 50 pounds, 12 reps, 1 set - 60 pounds, 12 reps, 2 sets
Cable pullbacks - 30 pounds, 3 sets, 10 reps
Lat pulldown - 45 pounds, 12 reps, 1 set - 60 pounds, 10 reps, 2 sets
Longpull (AKA-Seated cable row) - 50 pounds, 12 reps, 3 sets
