I wonder if the Hughes will be called in as rebuttal witnesses. I don't see how ALV can interpret the meanings of their emails without giving them the chance to explain what and why they said it. They were on the 48 hours piece talking about how they did not trust her, that they did not feel comfortable having her in their home or around their kids. I bet all this in the email about Travis being a bad person was said to make Jodi go away but she wouldn't.

I don't understand why they're letting ALV "summarize" everything. Did she interview the Hughes' or is she basing everything on the emails? How can she know what they meant or why they wrote what they wrote without actually speaking with them?

I was thinking HLN-AD was live, but I could be wrong about that. I normally don't get to watch any of the other shows, though "get" might be the wrong word where Nancy Grates is concerned. I'm going to try and watch everything tonight.

But weren't the emails between TA (who was pissed) and the Hughes because they SAID those things to Jodi? I need to pay more attention. I'll leave HLN running, as much as it kills me to hear Violet talking, and watch it again.

I'll take the plumber! And Mare, if your son has perks like Lorimay's son, I'll take him too!! I'm such an equal opportunist it's pathetic! Hope your son is doing okay..guys seem to take break ups pretty well right away but then feel the hurt a few weeks later.

Sure, we got plenty more where that came from.

Maybe the State will call the Hughes in to rebut this witness. Remember the letter Lisa sent to Travis telling him their relationship wasn't working for her and how the State then questioned her further telling her how she was too immature to understand Travis' erection and how he couldn't help it and how he (Travis) explained he's not really a jerk and she misunderstood him.

No perks with my DS...just a poor slob trying to get through college. LOL He broke up with her. She's a foreign exchange student and spent lots of time with us on school breaks. We're going to miss her!

LOL, my 50 year old savantish mentally handicapped brother, now he definitely can recall dates and specifics of all those dates, but has sense enough to know when to shut up about whatever date he's got in mind at the moment, not like Jodi rambling on and on. And then there's Jen's son now mine too. Just what I need, a 16 year old to roll his eyes behind my back when I say stay the hell away from women like this as I point to the TV and Jodi.

Seriously, I have used this trial as a learning tool with this kid, he was wrapped up with a psycho just like Jodi some time back. And I mean just like!
