The judge was pointing at Willie and Nurmi and handed them a bunch of papers that had questions, if I heard right. And she also told the good Dr. not to leave, as he will be coming back.

I'm going to have to catch up on a lot later. Getting ready to take DS and his GF out to dinner when DH gets home. I hope they appreciate my dragging myself away from the trial.

Oh I know he did, but this test is supposed to be geared to those not in jail and for some reason he gave it to her anyway. Since she is in jail of course all those response about if it is affecting her work life or is sleeping poorly and such will be a yes since she can't have a job or sleep in her own bed. That skews the results toward PTSD because those are all yeses (except schoolwork), that is most likely why he gave Jodi that test because he knew her score would be high because of those skewed results.

JM ripped this info out his own mouth yesterday, but of course the DT and the Doctor are ignoring it now. I hope it comes up in jury questions.

She is such a manipulator and a con artist - at least she tries to be ... I really hope that people can see right through her - but as long as those 12 jurors do, that's all that matters now ...
