It's clear Willie is asking questions she should not be because they call for speculation since when Jodi took this test she was not telling the same story she is now.

Willie is trying to bolster the witness by making them forget that Jodi took these tests when still telling the ninja story, JM won't let her get away with it since that is key to why these tests how no grounds.

I just saw the judge clearly say to Willie "I don't want you asking him..." she is chastising Willie for the questions she is asking.
