Never did, sounds like something the DT made up to try to cover their *** on that question so that it does not look like what it is, which is Jodi lied on that part of the test to keep it in line which her story at the time.

That is not a mathematical answer! How does he know what she would have answered if she took the test later on after she gave the "real story"?

Willie is pushing the limits here and JM is getting sick of it.

It's just not believable. The DT has a client who was lied multiple times in and out of the court. She is not credible. The so called "expert" has based his opinion on someone who easily and repeatedly lied. Add in the fact that he didn't retest her after the story we know was a lie, makes his findings highly questionable. Couple that with his omissions, mispeakings, mistakes, and ethics, you have another witness that is not credible.

I will be so interested in the state's rebuttal expert witness. I have a feeling we will be comparing apples to oranges, or in Samuels' case, bananas.
