WAIT, I hope I do not sound dumb now but HOW IN THE WORLD can she cry self-defense if Travis was taking a shower when she killed him?

Because she went there to kill herself because he didn't want her. He reached for the gun. She was scared because she was a "battered" woman and thought he was going to hurt her. She shot him by accident. Panicked because she is a "battered" woman and blamed herself. So she slit his throat and stabbed him to make it look like it was a ninja intruder, hence the several cover ups. Just like Casey Anthony, she made an accident look like a murder because she was terrified from all of the years of abuse.

its amazing to read the opposite side and wonder how they could come to their conclusions. No doubt many women are majorly abused and driven to crimes of passion but I just dont see it on this case

I try to keep watch Headline News, recapping the days testimony, but dang, I can't stop laughing at Jane Velez-Mitchell. Ever since Saturday Night Live did a skit on her - and the way she talks - I can't stand it.

I cant help but think as this country has grown so liberal that there will be at least one sympathetic juror that will prevent a guilty verdict. We saw it clearly with Casey Anthony when the proof was there. As I understand it, JA tried to plea bargain to 2nd degree manslaughter and the prosecutor charged with first degree murder not allowing any wiggle room. I sure hope not but I predict she walks

I think she might have taken the pictures during the murder to show Travis what he looked like as he was dying. She thought she deleted all the pictures of the murder. And she threw the camera in the washing machine to get rid of all evidence.

Correct me if I am wrong but this trial is not whether she will "walk" or not but it is whether SHE lives or not.

She is absolutely 100% guilty of killing Travis Alexander.

ETA: AZ allows for lesser charges to be considered so at minimum, she's gonna pay the penalty for murder 2nd degree or maybe manslaughter (doubtful).

I don't know, heck, will she even admit she had it with her? She'd be admitting to that theft. She can't say she wanted it to kill snakes in the desert in case she saw one while she was peeing, it's not like she hasn't made those long drives before and she wasn't armed then.

There was only 50 seconds from the last photo she took til the time she took photo's of his body. She had the weapons right there with her.
