January Weight Loss Challenge - We Can Do This!!

My total for January is 7/8... even though I didn't get 8 I am pleased with the 7lbs :cool1:

On to February :woohoo:
 
Well, I lost 9.6 pounds this month - I missed my 10 pound goal by .4 pounds (or is that pound)!!:headache: Oh, well, I'm still glad for the 9.6 pound loss - hope next month I reach my goal!

Congrats to everyone who made their goals and everyone who lost or stayed the same!

Thanks. I always lose a lot during the first month of any diet, then things slow down. I'll be happy if my February weight loss is even half of what it was for January.
 

Susan - you know, if you round up, it's 10;)

Donald's Shrink - Yeah, I'm typically the same way. I'm hoping since I have been sort off off plan for awhile, that if I buckle down in Feb, the weight will melt off. But I'm setting a smaller 8 pound goal just in case.:rolleyes1

Ah, no worries. I didn't see that you posted that you would do it. Stupid cold! Gives me fuzzy thinking! lol :) Thanks for running the challenge. :)

Well, I was terribly horribly bad last week... ate everything I wanted most days and didn't go to the gym not once, not once. But I went today and am still down to 273 so that's 10/10 for me for the month. :cheer2:
