January Exercise Challenge-Start the New Year Off Right!!!


775/1000. 60 min of group power- it was fun, and only 10 min on the eliptical. too tired.
 
I did 50 minutes of walking on Thursday and then I did 90 minutes of deep water and pool running on Friday. That brings me to 435/700 for the month. I'm beginning to think I was a little too conservative for my first month back at the gym...

Hi,

Worked at home today but by 4p I am on the treadmill

I walked for 55 minutes, for a total distance of 2.9 miles and registered for 488 calories burned. Interesting, I walked a shorter distance than on the nordic track, longer period of time on the treadmill so I burned more calorie?

Anyhow, I was watching TV - the beginning of the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks. Green Bay ended up winning, gotta love Brett Favre.

New England is playing now and I am watching that while doing the DIS!

Weights and cardio tonight for 120 min. Now at 540/1400! :cool1:
 
30 more minutes for me yesterday. I'm now 220/600.
 
440/1500. I need to pick up the pace a bit. I've slacked off for a few days! :confused3
 
390/600 opted to walk my daughter to her friend's house instead of driving..gained myself an extra half hour of walking time! Another daughter went with me and we walked fast enought to get our hearts pumping.
 
Another 113 minutes the last few days, so now I'm 349/720.
 
Ive been meaning to post my minutes, but haven't had a chance till today. Im up to 390/500. I was able to do much more than I thought I would have.
