THose of us who are just starting an exercise routine, are you feeling any difference in energy or motivation? I am, I find I am actually looking forward to the " high" that comes from knowing i am meeting my goal everytime i walk.
 
Well, I ran (okay, walked) the Half marathon this past weekend. I was slow, bt I did it. It took me about 3 hours 50 minutes. (See, I told you I was slow.) Plus some walking the parks the day before and after the event. So, I'm going to go with 350 minutes for this past weekend. That brings me to 690/1000 for the month. Now, I'm taking a week off to fully recover and then start again. I'm hooked and have to get ready for the Minnie in May.
 

I got 30 minutes of walking in today so far. I hope to get on the bike tonight as well since my walking pace was a little slow due to being in the mall, mid-day, with a stroller. 605/1400.....605/18000

Hi,

No exercise yesterday but I did have to do the grocery shopping so I did get some steps in there.

Today: 45 minutes on the treadmill, 2.4 miles, and 401 calories burned.

January looks like this: 591/900

I am happy and feeling good,.

OH, I did get back to the situps, 35 for tonight. :dance3:
 
I did go back and do 15 minutes on the bike so I'm now at 620/1400.....620/18000. I almost bailed because my mom got on the bike just before I was going to, but held out and still did it.

time to turn up the effort now that I finished the half last weekend
 
945/1000. 60 min step 30 min pilates. It was so crowded. The girl behind me set up so close I kept hitting her step. Then when we went to weights some one had taken mine.............So much fun. It should slow down soon after all these new years resolutions stop...

Been sick for the past couple of days :sick:, but I finally managed to get in 30 min. on the treadmill this morning... That's give me a total of 310/800.
