Well, I ran (okay, walked) the Half marathon this past weekend. I was slow, bt I did it. It took me about 3 hours 50 minutes. (See, I told you I was slow.) Plus some walking the parks the day before and after the event. So, I'm going to go with 350 minutes for this past weekend. That brings me to 690/1000 for the month. Now, I'm taking a week off to fully recover and then start again. I'm hooked and have to get ready for the Minnie in May.
