I'm here! Sorry to be starting in so late but I've been out of town for a funeral. I have been way off plan with both exercise and food but fortunately somehow it hasn't hurt my progress on the scale too much. Now that I'm back home I am finally getting back on track, but my goal for this month will be lower than usual due to my late start.
My goal for Jan will be 1200 min.
So far I am at 90/1200 for Jan. Time to get going!
As for the whole year's goal - that's too overwhelming for me to even think about right now. I prefer to keep my goal setting in smaller, more managable chunks so I don't give up looking at the big numbers. Hope that's OK.
