Worked at home today but by 4p I am on the treadmill
I walked for 55 minutes, for a total distance of 2.9 miles and registered for 488 calories burned. Interesting, I walked a shorter distance than on the nordic track, longer period of time on the treadmill so I burned more calorie?
Anyhow, I was watching TV - the beginning of the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks. Green Bay ended up winning, gotta love Brett Favre.
New England is playing now and I am watching that while doing the DIS!
