January Exercise Challenge-Start the New Year Off Right!!!

I'm back on the bandwagon -- 30 min. yesterday and 50 min today -- total of 390/800... Almost halfway there. Keep up the great work everyone !!!
 
45 minutes tonight so I'm now 415/600!
 
60 min bosu 1210/2000- am I crazy???

I'm going to make my goal for this month OK, but I had really hoped that even with my late start that I would still be able to hit my normal goal of 1500 min. I'm glad I was a little more realistic when setting this month's goal because right now that 1500 min doesn't look too likely. Having said that, I will now shrug off my discouragement about the 1500 min and be really happy when I make my 1200 min goal. :teeth:

I am so glad you are all here to get me back on track this month and keep me accountable. It would have been so easy to just write off the month and do nothing without you. :cheer2:
 
I've got 135 minutes to add for this week bringing me to 670/700 for the month.

Hi everyone!

only a brief 10 minutes shoveling a ilttle bit of snow this morning

January is at 686/900.

My daughter is in town for the weekend and that is really not an excuse, but it is a little bit more difficult. I should have exercised first thing in the morning.

I am back on the bandwagon tomorrow though!

I am going to go the challenge for the week and already have my exercise plan made out!
 
Wow, I've really fallen behind on updating my minute!

1/16 - 65 minutes (warm up and trainer session)
1/18 - 55 minutes (cardio and abs)
1/19 - 90 minutes (weights and 45 minutes cardio)

865/1400
 
I was a bad girl and didn't do anything yesterday. So, today I did the 20 of stength training I should have done yesterday, 20 walking, 40 bike. Totals stand at 815/1400....815/18000
 
I haven't posted in a few days but here is the breakdown:

Thurs: 100 min treadmill/bike
Fri: 65 min treadmill, 120 min tearing downsheet rock paneling walls and celing
Sat: 120 min tearing down sheet rock, etc.
Sun: Have not decided what I am doing today...may take a day off, my body is so sore.

***I normally wouldn't include housework but we have been demoing our hallway and family room and yesterday carted 1500#s to the dump and already have another trailer full again and we are not done yet...so I am counting half of our work time for exercise (we worked almost 8 hours between Fri and Sat).



So my new total is 970/1000.

Updated!!!

Everyone is doing so well, you should all be proud of yourselves!!! I really overdid it at the gym on Friday, chest flys really get to me!! But I now have a new incentive for exercise-we got a dog!! His name is Rex and he is a Catahoula mix. He is rather active so I am taking him out for lots of walks. Unfortunately, it is FREEZING here, so that is not fun, but I do get out around the block at least.
 
55 minutes for me today so now I'm at 470/600!
